Businesses may also receive support for training tied to their response plans, as well as measures that help mitigate wildlife-related damage, including fencing or other deterrents. With non-repayable funding that can reach up to roughly $50,000 per year depending on the project, the program helps offset costs that can otherwise be a barrier to upgrading safety and risk controls.
