Community Cultural Partnership Program

Community organizations across Prince Edward Island often rely on project-based funding to bring new cultural ideas to life, especially when those ideas depend on collaboration and local participation. Funding is provided as a non-repayable contribution, typically up to a few thousand dollars per project, helping cover a portion of eligible costs for activities such as community exhibits, local history projects, promotional initiatives, multimedia storytelling, or organizational training tied to cultural development. New initiatives that bring together multiple community partners are given particular consideration, making this program a good fit for organizations looking to collaborate with artists, heritage groups, or other non-profits on fresh cultural offerings. While the program is not intended for private sector or operational funding, it can play a valuable role in offsetting project expenses and reducing financial risk.
